About The Bushcraft Highway
I have always had a inerest in Technology, Writing, and the Canadian Outdoors. I decided to have a go and putting all three of these together and create an outdoor adventure blog.
This is the effort of three brothers and select friends that grew up in a small town and had the Northwestern Ontario wilderness as their backyard. We want to share our love of the outdoors, and all our favourite outdoor activities - hunting, fishing, camping, archery, sport shooting, survival, and more.
The Bushcraft Highway is not just "how-to's" and DYI articles, but also gear reviews, outdoor resources, and a Personal Journal of our "middle of nowhere" adventures.
LAND USE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The Brothers of the Bushcraft Highway acknowledge that our outdoor activities take place on the territory of Treaty #3 First Nations. We would like to express our gratitude to all First Nations for being the stewards of the land, the keepers of knowledge, and the ORIGINAL teachers of Bushcraft. We recognize the importance of their culture and history, and honor their deep connection to the land we share. Thank you, First Nations, for all that you do to help preserve and protect this beautiful land.
